Gum Shrimp - Often copied but never fully replicated the gum shrimp was created by the chef of imperador. it’s a northeastern RECIPe which was register by the chef once it started to get nationally famous and now it’s here at Iguassu for everyone to try.

Super whammy - We are not giving away it’s cooking secrets but it is called “gum” shrimp because it involves 4 different types of cheese and a couple other ingredients covering and mixing with prime quality salt water shrimps.
