No need reservations, departures every 10 minutes, 20 people per boat maximum. There is also a dry ride which prevents guests of getting wet, it's the same tour but not getting close to the falls, You can inform your preference at the spot about your choice, the tradicional wet ride it's definitely the fun and exciting one.
The boat ride staff will be recording the whole experience with a go pro camera and They will offer the footage in a DVD or Flash drive, along with some pictures as well. This service is not included in the ticket. The footage covers around 20 minutes or the ride plus a pre-edited documentary about the Iguassu National Park.
They have lockers to keep personal belongings but They charge apart, not included. At dock the staff will give You life-jackets which is mandatory but the company does not provide any sort of cover for your gear or cameras, so You need to have your own protection if You wanna take pictures or record this experience.
